Michael C. Mazack is a client-focused attorney with 18 years of experience practicing in Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy, Litigation, Real Estate and Landlord-Tenant matters. He has represented creditors in commercial and consumer loan workouts, foreclosure actions, receiverships, real estate disputes, bankruptcy, commercial and residential lease negotiation/litigation, and unsecured debt collection.  He has also represented debtors in bankruptcy filings, loan workout/forbearance negotiations and defending foreclosures and evictions.  Michael regularly represents both landlords and tenants in lease disputes and he has represented multiple buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
